This page is for the end users of our products. From time to time we will be adding information which may be of interest to you.

We hope that you will find all of our products to be of the highest quality - A2 or A4 Stainless Steel, or Solid brass, or plated Brass ( None of our brass products are plated base metals as generally supplied in DIY stores).

If you ever have a complaint with any of our products either return to the Chandler/shop where you purchasaed, or contact us direct for a replacement. We may ask you to return the faulty pack at our cost for investigation.
